以钛酸四丁酯为前驱物,采用沉淀胶化法制备了TiO2水溶胶,比较了制备方法对TiO2水溶胶性能的影响,并用TiO2水溶胶制备薄膜。采用金属离子Fe^3+[1]、Co^2+和Ni^2+对TiO2水溶胶进行改性,分析离子改性TiO2水溶胶的光吸收性能,发现金属离子与TiO2水溶胶形成了配位化合物。研究了金属离子改性对TiO2水溶胶可见光降解甲基橙活性的影响。结果表明金属离子改性TiO2水溶胶的光催化活性高于TiO2水溶胶,金属离子改性TiO2水溶胶和TiO2水溶胶对甲基橙的光催化降解均呈现自催化反应现象。

英文摘要:

TiO2 hydrosol was synthesized via precipitation-gelation method by using tetrabutyl titanate as reactants.Effect of synthesis method on photocatalytic activity of TiO2 hydrosol was studied.TiO2 hydrosol was used to prepare thin film.Metal ions(Fe^3+,Co^2+,and Ni^2+) were used to modify TiO2 hydrosol,and the corresponding photoabsorption performance was analyzed.Coordination compounds were formed between metal ion and TiO2 hydrosol.Effect of metal ion under visible light photocatalytic activity of TiO2 hydrosol in degradation of methyl orange was studied.The results show that metal ion modified TiO2 hydrosol has higher photocatalytic activity on methyl orange.Degradation of methyl orange with TiO2 hydrosol and metal ion modified TiO2 hydrosol is a self-catalysis reaction.
