为明确水稻抽穗期基因qHY-8在不同品种中对水稻干物质积累及产量的影响机制,将来自供体亲本Lemont的qHY-8所在染色体片段导入受体亲本特青、粤泰B及绵恢725中分别考察其生长发育性状、产量及产量构成因子和干物质积累特性。结果表明,qHY-8目标区段导入特青和粤泰B背景后播始期(播种至始穗时间)及生育期延长,株高、穗长及干物质积累显著增加,并且颖花数的增加提高了水稻的产量;而绵恢725背景下虽然也表现出生育期延迟,但是干物质积累没有差异,而结实率的降低导致产量下降,因此qHY-8在特定水稻品种中可以提高产量,但将其应用于育种时要考虑它在不同受体品种中对产量及相关性状的效应不同。
To clarify the influence mechanism of rice heading-date gene qHY-8 on the dry matter production and yield of different rice varieties, chromosome segment containing qHY-8 derived from donor parent Lemont was introgressed into Teqing, YuetaiB and Mianhui725, and their growth and development related traits, yield and yield components, dry matter production were investigated. The results showed that Teqing and YuetaiB containing qHY-8 segment behaved with delayed duration from sowing to heading and total growth duration, enhanced plant height, panicle length and dry matter production.Their yields were also improved, which resulted from increased spikelets. Duration from sowing to heading and total growth duration were also delayed in Mianhui725 with qHY-8 segment but there were no difference in dry matter production, moreover lower setting rate led to its yield reduction. So qHY-8 could improve rice yield in certain variety, but this effects in different variety on yield and related characteristics should be considered when applying it to breeding.
