文章基于真实型领导和组织合法性理论,探讨创业企业家真实型领导影响组织合法性进而对创业绩效的作用。采用8个高新技术产业园的122份新创企业的数据,运用多元层次回归分析对研究假设进行验证,结果表明:真实型领导对组织合法性和创业绩效均有显著正向影响,组织合法性在真实型领导与创业绩效之间起部分中介效应。结论说明,创业企业家要注重培养和展现真实型领导行为,提高组织合法性水平,为新创企业争取更多资源,促进企业快速成长。
The paper, based on the theory of authentic leadership and organizational legitimacy, explores the impacts of the authentic leadership of entrepreneurs on organizational legitimacy and entrepreneurial performance. It applies the multiple hier-archical regression analysis to test the research hypotheses by using the data collected from 122 new ventures in 8 high-tech in-dustrial parks. The results show that the authentic leadership has a significant positive effect on the organizational legitimacy and the entrepreneurial performance,the organizational legitimacy plays a partial mediating role between the authentic leader-ship and the entrepreneurial performance. The paper suggests that entrepreneurs should pay close attention to cultivating and showing the behaviors of authentic leadership to promote new ventures’rapid growth by improving organizational legitimacy and obtaining more development resources.
