对重庆城乡统筹试验区不同区域的80个农村新型股份合作社的发展状况和运行绩效进行了实证研究。结果表明：（1）重庆农村新型股份合作社普遍成立时间较短，社员规模较小，市场经营能力不强，但涉及范围却十分广泛；（2）缺乏经营管理人才、缺乏资金以及缺乏完善的扶持政策是当前其在发展中主要存在的困难和障碍。同时，虽然目前重庆农村新型股份合作社的盈利状况并不十分理想，但大多前景比较乐观。（3）目前重庆农村新型股份合作社的综合绩效值总体上较低，且各区域的农村新型股份合作社发展情况差距不大，总体发展还处于初级发展阶段。政府应当适当参与和合理引导，使重庆农村新型股份合作社走上规范化和可持续性的发展道路。

This paper carries out an empirical study on the development Status and Performance of rural new type shares cooperative. The results showed that： （1） Chongqing rural new type shares cooperative are generally founded recently, with a small scale of members and weak market management, but they involves a very wide range of management. （2） Lack of management talent, lack of funds and Lack of proper support policies are the main difficulties and obstacles for the development. （3）The rural new type shares cooperative overall performance of value is low, the regional development did not differ much, and the development overall is still at an early stage of development.
