针对MTO企业单一制造商与单一客户的运行模式,在满足客户基本满意度的情形下,借鉴损失规避这一重要概念,研究了制造商在不同的损失规避水平下如何设定承诺交货期的模型,分析了库存成本、延期成本、维修成本以及价格敏感系数对承诺交货期的影响。数值试验结果表明该交货期模型对于分析制造商在不同情形下设定承诺交货期是相当有效的。
To the operating mode of a single manufacturer and single customer in MTO companies, on the condition of meeting the customers' basic satisfaction, borrowing the important concept: risk-averse, we explore the model about how manufacturers set commitment delivery time at different risk-averse levels, analyze inventory costs, deferred costs, costs for repairs and the impact of price-sensitive coefficient on commitments delivery time. The numerical experiment results show that the model on how manufacturers set up commitment delivery in different circumstances is quite effective.
