为了研究电动汽车永磁同步电机损耗,借助有限元分析软件,依次用正弦等效法、径向切向法和傅里叶分解法逐渐精确分析了永磁电机的磁密波形,从而准确计算出铁心损耗值。用一台额定转速4 500 r/min的永磁电机进行损耗试验及分析,并将分离出的铁耗值与三种方法的计算值比较,验证了三种方法的计算值越来越接近实测值,为进一步进行电机优化设计、减少电机损耗和温升研究奠定了基础。
In order to study the loss of permanent magnet Synchronous motor for electric vehicle,the magnetic flux density waveforms were analyzed by sine equivalent method,radial tangential method and Fourier decomposition method with the finite element analysis software and the core loss value was calculated. A rated speed of 4 500 r / min of permanent magnet motor was analyzed in motor loss test,where core loss value separated from experiment was compared with the value calculated by three methods. A conclusion was gotten that the calculated value of the three methods is more and more close to the measured value. It establishes the foundation for deep motor optimization design,the decrease of permanent magnet motor loss and researches the temperature calculation.
