基于时间序列MODIS数据和气象数据驱动遥感NPP模型,模拟了2002—2010年的中国陆域植被净初级生产力.采用了重建后的NDVI数据作为模型输入,对不同类型NDVI序列数据的比较发现,重建后的NDVI数据有效地校正了时序MODISNDVI数据集中的噪声,有助于提高模型模拟的精度.模拟结果表明,中国陆域生态系统净初级生产力的空间分布格局呈现出明显的地带性分异特征.2002—2010年中国陆域植被的年总初级生产力约为3.78×10^15gC/a,春、夏、秋季的植被NPP均值分别为6.40×10^14,1.59×10^15。8.10×10^14gC/a.
A reconstructed 16-day MODIS NDVI product (MOD13C1), gridded GLDAS meteorological data and land use map were used to estimate the NPP in China during 2002-2010. The reconstructed NDVI time series adjusted the noise of the original NDVI series and improved the accuracy of simulation. The spatial distribution of NPP indicated significant zonal characteristics and preliminary results showed that the total annual terrestrial NPP was about 3.78 × 10^15 gC/a, and the terrestrial NPP for the spring, summer and autumn was about 6.40×10^14,1.59×10^15.8.10×10^14gC/a respectively.
