[Purpose/significance] In order to understand how new enterprises can convert resources into sustainable competitive advantage through entrepreneurial learning. [Method/process]This paper studies the effect of resource integration on entrepreneurial learning as well as whether the factors of entrepreneurial orientation have a moderating effect on entrepreneurial learning and resource integration. [ Result/conclusion ]The empirical results show that the resource integration is beneficial to the entrepreneurial learning of the start-up enterprises. The innovation and strategic action play a negative role in the relationship between knowledge resource integration and entrepreneurship learning, and the risk behavior does not play a significant regulatory role.
