阻燃剂的复合协同作用能够有效地提高木材阻燃和抑烟性能。采用锥形量热和热分析技术研究了层状磷酸锆/聚磷酸铵(α-ZrP/APP)复合阻燃剂对杨木粉的阻燃与抑烟作用。结果表明:α-ZrP与APP复配使用,能有效降低杨木粉的热释放速率(RHRR)、总热释放量(QTHR)、烟生成速率(RSPR)和总烟释放量(QTSP),促进炭的生成和有效提高炭的稳定性,表现出显著的阻燃效应和抑烟特性。分散在木材表面的层状α-ZrP对烟气的高效吸附和催化转化作用,可能是α-ZrP-APP复合阻燃剂高效阻燃抑烟的根本原因。
To obtain good synergistic effects on the flame retardancy and smoke suppression of wood, compound flame retardant is usually used. The effects of α-ZrP/APP/wood composites on the combustion and smoke were studied by CONE calorimeter and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The results show that the heat release rate (RHRR), the total heat release (QTHR), the smoke production rate (RSPR) and the total smoke production (QTSP) decreased remarkably while enhanced the yield and stability of the char residual,suggesting that the α-ZrP-APP composites had oxcellont inflame-retarding and smoke inhibition effects on poplar powder. Meanwhile, the α-ZrP-APP composites had outstanding smoke suppression properties, which might be attributed to that the α-ZrP had highly adsorptive capacity and catalytic conversion effects on the release of smoke and gas.
