在已有工作的基础上进行组合建模研究，将基于预测有效度的组合预测模型用于建（构）筑物沉降分析．研究显示，组合预测模型的预测精度较单个预测模型的精度高，主要体现在预测误差较小，最大误差〈6％．这有助于准确地预测沉降，从而使后期施工组织安排达到最优化，具有一定的经济效益．可以预见，经过模型的不断更新，当实测数据充分可靠时，对其长期趋势的预测可取得可靠的结果．
英文摘要：
Based on works of author already finished, this paper do research about combination model, and apply the forecast model to settlement analysis of building. After research, we get some conclusion： accuracy of combination forecasting model is great, forecast error is little, the max error 〈 6%. This study can help to accurately forecast settlement, and even increase economy benefit.
