目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中Th17细胞与CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞(标志物为CD4、FoxP3、IL-17A)的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测102例非小细胞肺癌根治术患者癌组织及癌旁组织中CD4、FoxP3以及IL-17A的表达,并分析其与NSCLC临床病理参数的关系。结果癌组织中CD4、FoxP3及IL-17A表达率或表达强度均显高于癌旁组织(P均〈0.05);IL-17A表达与患者性别有关,CD4、FoxP3与NSCLC患者分化程度有关(P均〈0.05)。结论NSCLC癌组织中有更多的CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞以及Th17细胞浸润,表明CD4^+CD25^+Treg细胞以及Th17细胞更容易被趋化到肿瘤组织并在肿瘤局部聚集,发挥其抑制效应。
Objective To investigate the expression and signification of Th17 and CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells (Treg, with the marker of CD4, FoxP3, IL-17A) in nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC)tissue. Methods The expression patterns of IL-17A and FoxP3 in tissues of 102 NSCLC patients were detected by immunohistochemistry, with tissues from adjacent noncancerous tissues as control, then the relationship between expression patterns of CD4, FoxP3, IL-17A and clinicopathological factors were analyzed. Results The positive rates of CD4, FoxP3 and IL-17A in NSCLC were signifi- cantly higher than those in the adjacent noncancerous tissues( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression of IL-17A was related to the sex of patients, the expression of CD4, FoxP3 were related to the histological grade of NSCLC. Conclusions The population of CD4^+CD25^+ Treg and Th17 cells from the patients with NSCLC is significantly high; CD4^+CD25^+ Treg and Th17 cells may have high chemotaxis and easily be enriched to the tumor tissue, so as to play inhibitory roles.
