以KMnO4-(NH4)2SO4为处理剂对山羊绒纤维进行防缩处理,采用三元二次正交旋转组合设计,研究KMnO4浓度、处理温度及时间对纤维毡缩球体积、纤维断裂强力、纤维断裂伸长率的影响。建立了3因子对3指标的数学模型。经分析,所得回归方程显著,拟合较好。并得出最优工艺参数为KMnO4质量浓度4 g/L,处理温度40℃,时间30 min。相应的预测值纤维球体积10.21 cm^3,断裂强力4.30 cN,断裂伸长率38.27%。
KMnO4-(NH4)2SO4 as a treatment agent was finished for cashmere fibers shrink-proof,and use of ternary quadratic orthogonal design researched potassium permanganate concentration,processing temperature and time on the size of the fiber-ball,fiber breakage strength,fiber breaking elongation rate.The mathematical models was established,which three factors decided three indicators.The analysis obtained a significant regression equation,fit better.The optimal process parameters were potassium permanganate concentration 4 g/L,treatment temperature 40 ℃,time 30 min.The predictive value of the corresponding fiber ball volume was 10.21 cm3,breaking strength was 4.30 cN,and breaking elongation rate was 38.27 %.
