针对某氧化铝选矿厂磨矿分级过程的工艺特点及实际需求,运用ActiveX技术开发了具有计算机图形化建模和流程模拟功能的磨矿分级流程模拟系统;介绍了系统中设备组件的设计以及系统的实现原理;以某有色冶炼企业选矿厂的磨矿分级过程的实例仿真检验了模拟系统组态建模、流程模拟等功能的有效性;模拟系统具有优良的扩展性,通过扩展和升级设备组件,可用于整个选矿流程的仿真。
Focusing on the technical characteristic and practical requirement of grinding classification process in an alumina ore dressing plant, a visual simulation system for grinding classification process is developed which has the functions of diagram-- based modeling and flowsheet simulation by applying ActiveX technology. System design and realization principle of the equipment components are introduced. Simulation cases of a grinding--classification process in the ore dressing plant of some nonferrous smelting enterprises are conducted for validity check of the simulation. It shows that the system is valid for building visually the simulation model and executing simulation. The simula- tion system has good extensibility which can be used in the whole ore dressing flowsheet simulation by adding and upgrading equipment components.
