小模数齿轮受其几何尺寸与机械性能的影响,其测量难度远大于中模数齿轮.随着科学技术的发展,小模数齿轮的尺寸越来越小,而精度要求却越来越高,特别是微型齿轮的出现,对小模数齿轮的测量提出了新挑战.传统的测量方法中,分析式测量突破不了模数0.2mm,双啮综合测量突破不了模数0.1mm,而单啮测量对齿轮直径有严格要求,并未得到应有的重视.传统的测量方法已经不能满足小模数齿轮的测量要求.因此,小模数齿轮测量技术已成为近几年的研究热点.小模数齿轮测量技术呈现出新的发展态势,主要表现为:基于视觉测量的齿轮并联测量技术、基于光纤测头的齿轮分析测量技术以及齿轮单面啮合测量技术.
It is more difficult to measure a fine-pitch gear than a medium pitch gear because of the effect of geometrical dimension and mechanical performance. With technical development, the dimension of a fine-pitch gear is getting smaller and smaller but the precision is becoming higher and higher, especially due to Micro-gear's appearance. It leads to a new challenge to measure a fine-pitch gear. Adopting traditional measurement methods, the analytic measurement for gears can not reach 0.2 mm and the functional measurement for gears can not reach 0.1 mm. Owing to the strict limitations of gear diameter, gear single-flank rolling test can not attract the attention which they should be deserved. It can be said that the traditional measurement methods have been unable to meet small modulus gear measurement requirements. So the technology of fine pitch gear measurement has become a hot research in recent years. Currently, the technology of fine-pitch gear measurement shows new development trends, such as the gear parallel measuring technology based on the optics; the gear analytic measuring technology based on the optical fiber probe and gear single flank rolling test.
