目的研究人参与丹参配伍对心肌缺血再灌注模型大鼠抗氧化能力和血管内皮细胞因子的影响。方法建立大鼠心肌缺血再灌注模型,分为假手术组、模型组、人参与丹参2:1配伍组、2:0组、0:1组,灌胃给药28d后取血分离血清,用比色法测定总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量;ELISA法测定血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)含量。结果与假手术组比较,模型组T-AOC、GSH、SOD、VEGF和bFGF含量均降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与模型组比较,2:1组、2:0组、0:1组T-AOC、GSH、SOD、VEGF和bFGF含量均升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。2:1组T-AOC、SOD、GSH、VEGF和bF.GF含量改变与2:0组、0:1组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论人参与丹参配伍组具有一定的抗氧化能力和促血管内皮细胞新生能力,其中以人参与丹参2:1配伍组更显著。
Objective To study the impacts of the compatibility of ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza on antioxidant capacity and vascular endothelial cells in the model rats of myocardial ischemic reperfusion. Methods The model rats of myocardial ischemic reperfusion were set up and divided into a pseudo - opera tion group, a model group, a 1 : 2 compatibility of ginseng and salvia mihiorrhiza group ( 1 : 2 compatibility group), a 2:0 compatibility group and a O: 1 compatibility group. Blood was collected for serum separation in 28 days of medication via gastric perfusion. The colorimetry was adopted to determine T - AOC and the con- tents of SOD and GSH. ELISA was used to determine the contents of VEGF and bFGF. Results Compared with the pseudo - operation group, the levels of T - AOC, GSH, SOD, VEGF and bFGF were all reduced in the model group, indicating the statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the model group, the levels of T- AOC, GSH, SOD, VEGF and bFGF were all increased in the 2:1 compatibility group ,2:0 compatibility group and 0:1 compatibility group, indicating the statistical significance ( P 〈 O. 05 ). The changes in the lev els of T- AOC, GSH, SOD, VEGF and bFGF in the 2:1 compatibility group were different significantly as compared with those in the 2 : 0 compatibility group and 0 : 1 compatibility ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The compatibility of ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza acts on antioxidant capacity and promotes the growth of vascu lar endothelial cells. The compatibility of ginseng and salvia mihiorrhiza at the ratio of 2:1 achieves the much more significant effects.
