英文摘要：

This paper analyzed the factors that caused remote sensing images blurred.Analyzing optical systems,atmosphere,the relative motion between the sensor and the ground to deduce the modulation transfer function（MTF） of remote sensing images.Wiener Filters were applied to the restore remote sensing images.Given the huge volume of remote sensing image data,a partitioning method was adopted for image processing.Experiment confirmed that the proposed method can effectively restore the blurred remote sensing images.
