以旋转导向钻井工具的导向工况为背景,从旋转导向钻井工具执行机构侧向力的规律分析入手,推导了侧向力和工具导向力的解析式,总结出了执行机构侧向力及其覆盖面角的变化规律、工具导向力及其覆盖面角的变化规律、工具导向力在导向方向及其垂直方向上两个分量的变化规律。从保持导向力平稳等目标出发,以上盘阀高压孔圆心角为基本变量,给出了最优的导向力及其产生的务件,为工具结构参数的设计提供了依据。
The lateral force of the executive body of the rotary steering drilling tool is studied on the basis of analyses on working conditions of steering drilling tools and analytical expressions of the lateral force and the steering force are deduced. In addition, this paper summarizes change laws of side force and overlay angle for the executive unit, steering force and its overlay angle, and two sub ones of steering force at steering direction and vertical direction. In consideration of keeping steering force stable and so on, this paper takes the center angle of high pressure hole of upper control valve as the basic variable, gives the optimal steering force and its causing condition, which provides a scientific foundation for designing the structural parameters of the tool.
