盆栽试验研究不同改良剂对镉污染土壤上油麦菜生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,在镉严重污染的酸性土壤上,改良剂的施用可引起油麦菜生理生化特性产生变化。泥炭、赤泥+泥炭、石灰+赤泥处理对叶绿素a含量增加影响最显著,泥炭处理对叶绿素b含量增加影响最显著,泥炭、赤泥+泥炭、石灰+泥炭处理对叶绿素a+b含量影响最显著。石灰+赤泥+泥炭处理对油麦菜过氧化氢酶活性的降低影响最显著。石灰+赤泥处理对油麦菜过氧化物酶活性降低的影响最显著。除了赤泥,其他改良剂的施用均可显著提高油麦菜可溶性糖含量,其中石灰+赤泥+泥炭处理的效果最好。泥炭、石灰+赤泥、石灰+赤泥+泥炭的施用使油麦菜可溶性蛋白含量显著降低。赤泥的施用使油麦菜维生素C含量显著提高。
Effects of three amendments,lime,red mud and peat on the physiological-biochemical characteristics of Mylopharyngodon in Cd contaminated Soil were studied.There were eight treatments,including lime,red mud and peat separately applied and combined with others.The content of chl a,chl b,Chl a+b,soluble sugar,soluble protein,and vitamin C were measured.Catalase activities and peroxidase activities of Mylopharyngodon leaves were investigated.Results showed that the physiological-biochemical characteristics changed after amendments application.The treatment of peat application,red mud and peat co-application,lime and red mud co-application showed the highest content of chl a,the treatment of peat application showed the highest increasing content of chl b,while the treatment of peat application,red mud and peat co-application,lime and peat co-application showed the highest increasing content of chl a+b compared with no amendments application in the eight treatments.The treatment of lime,red mud and peat co-application showed the highest decreasing activitis of catalase of Mylopharyngodon leaves,while the treatment of lime and red mud co-application showed the highest decreasing activitis of peroxidase of Mylopharyngodon leaves.Except red mud treatment,the other six treatments significantly increased the content of soluble sugar,among which the treatment of lime,red mud and peat co-application showed the highest effect.The treatment of peat application,lime and red mud application,lime,red mud and peat co-application showed the highest content of soluble protein,while the treatment of red mud application showed the highest content of vitamin C.
