基于资源保存理论,提出并验证了一个企业组织情绪能力对组织绩效作用的有调节的中介效应模型。通过对科技型企业的多源问卷调查发现:企业组织情绪能力在企业领导成员交换对组织绩效的作用中扮演中介角色;外部环境动态性在组织情绪能力通过领导成员交换影响组织绩效的两条路径中均产生调节效果;同时,环境竞争性在组织情绪能力通过领导成员交换影响组织绩效的一条路径产生调节效果。
In this study, a moderated mediation model has been constructed based on COR (Conservation of Resource Theory) to explain the influence of firm emotional capacity on organizational performance, and the model has been tested by the survey conduced among multiple source questionnaire. The results shows that, leader-member exchange (LMX) has significantly positive influence on organizational performance; Firm emotional capacity partly mediates the influence of LMX on organizational performance; Environmental dynamism moderates not only the influence of LMX on firm emotional capacity, but the before and after mediating effect of firm emotional capacity between LMX and organizational performance; Environmental competitiveness moderates the influence of LMX on firm emotional capacity, but merely the before mediating effect of firm emotional capacity between LMX and organizational performance.
