建立可靠的中药毒性评价方法是中药研究的重要任务之一,因此有必要在研究手段上寻求新的突破以改善以往毒性评价方法在解释毒性机制方面的局限性。近年来迅速发展的代谢组学为毒理学研究阐明外源性化合物或药物对机体的毒性作用机制及为药物安全性评价提供了新的技术手段和平台。以立足于系统策略的代谢组学技术来研究中药的毒性过程,与中医药的整体观念和思维方式不谋而合。本研究对近年来代谢组学在中药单体化合物、提取物和配伍复方毒性评价中的应用进行了综述,以期为进一步开展代谢组学中药安全性评价方法的标准化研究提供参考。
To establish a reliable method for the evaluation of toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is one of the important issues of Chinese medicine research. However,previous evaluation methods have many limitations in explaining the toxic mechanisms of TCM,so it is necessary to seek new breakthroughs. In recent years,the metabolomics approach,which is based on the systematic strategy,provides a new platform for illuminating the toxicity mechanisms of exogenous compounds or drugs,as its holistic concept resembles the theory of TCM. In this paper,the application of metabolomics in toxicity assessment of components,extracts and multi-herb compatibility of TCM in recent years are reviewed,so as to provide the reference for the extensive standardization study of toxicity assessment of TCM by metabolomics approach.
