分子粪便学是一项新发展起来的由传统的粪便分析方法与分子生物学技术相结合的从粪便中获取动物DNA并用于相关研究的技术,在不干扰野生动物正常活动的情况下,可以对野生动物进行多方面的深入研究.综述了粪便DNA分析技术的建立背景,粪便样本的采集和保存方法,常用的几种粪便DNA提取方法,指出了分子粪便技术的应用以及该技术在野生动物研究中的局限性.
英文摘要：
Molecular scatology is a new developing technique with the combination of traditional fecal analysis and molecular technology,by which animal DNA is extracted from the feces for involved researches.On this paper,overviewed the establishment background of fecal DNA analyzes method,sampling and preservation method of feces,a few in common methods for fecal DNA purifying.this Pointed out the applications of molecular scatology technique and limitation of this method in wildlife research.
