By means of spray drying process,the product is produced according to the following formula: wheat germ 200 g,rice 200 g,milk powder 100 g;spray drying process parameters are: inlet temperature 180 ℃,spray pressure of 1.0 MPa,material concentration of 30%.The product has good sensory quality and solubility.
