通过实例分析了倒谱和Hilbert解调在齿轮箱故障诊断中的优缺点,指出了Hilbert解调在齿轮箱故障诊断中的两个局限性:在处理相加信号时解调谱图中会出现干扰成分和受传递路径影响较大。然后提出了基于倒谱分析的Hilbert解调局限性的解决方法,利用倒谱分析能够区分出边频带中周期成分的优点来排除Hilbert解调谱图中的干扰成分,同时利用倒谱受传递路径影响小的优点来降低传递路径不同对Hilbert解调分析的影响。最后实测了风机传动试验系统齿轮点蚀、断齿故障下的振动数据,结果表明,综合分析方法能有效克服Hilbert解调的两个局限性问题,提高对故障的判断精度。
The advantages and disadvantages of cepstrum and Hilbert demodulation analyses in gearbox fault diag- nosis are analyzed respectively. Two limitations of Hilbert demodulation in gearbox fault diagnosis are pointed out. One of them is that some interference will exist in the demodulation spectrum in dealing with sum signals. The other is Hilbert demodulation can be greatly influenced by the transmission path. Then a method based on cepstrum anal- ysis which can solve the limitations of Hilbert demodulation is presented; Specifically, this method can eliminate the interferences of Hilbert demodulation spectrum because cepstrum can discriminate periodic component from sidebands. Moreover, it also can reduce the influence of transmission path because eepstrum can be weakly influ- enced by the transmission path. Finally, the pitting corrosion and broken tooth gears vibration of fault simulating system is measured in laboratory. The result shows that the method proposed in this paper can overcome the two limitations ofHilbert demodulation effectively.
