文章应用模糊综合评价法研究旅行社顾客满意度。首先构建旅行社顾客满意度的评价指标体系,然后应用模糊综合评判法建立顾客满意度评价的数学模型,最后通过应用实例进行了验证。
This paper employs the fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate customer satisfaction of travel agency. Firstly, the indicator system of comprehensive evaluation is established, and then the evaluation model of customer satisfaction is established by means of the fuzzy comprehensive method. The experiment shows that the proposed method is valid.
