我国煤矿安全生产形势虽有好转,但依然严峻。调查统计近30年国内重大事故结果表明:由人的不安全行为而导致的事故占事故总数的96.5%以上。为了预防和控制煤矿企业员工的不安全行为,减少煤矿重大事故的发生。文章分别从个体和外因两个层面对影响员工不安全行为的因素进行深入分析,以此构建煤炭企业员工不安全行为影响因素指标体系,借助ANP法构建员工不安全行为影响因素指标体系的网络结构模型,运用MATLAB软件对权重进行计算,并进行重要度分析。通过研究有利于制定更有针对性的不安全行为预防措施,同时也有利于提升煤矿的安全管理水平。
Although the current safety production situation in China's coal mines is getting better,it is still. The analysis of major fatal accidents occurred from the year 1985 to 2015 in china's coal mines showed that human unsafe behaviors accounted for up to 96. 5% of total accidents. In order to prevent and control the unsafe behaviors of coal miners so as to reduce coal mines fatal accidents,this paper presented a deep analysis of the influencing factors of coal miners' unsafe behaviors from two aspects: internal level and external level. And then in light of the two levels,the paper established an influencing factors index system of coal miners' unsafe behaviors. Next,the paper constructed a network structure model of the influencing factors of coal miners' unsafe behaviors by using the method of Analytic Network Process and applying the software MATLAB to calculate the weight of factors as well as analyze the importance. These findings are helpful to develop more targeted prevention measures for unsafe behaviors and improve the level of safety management in coal mines.
