声波测井井下仪器在探测过程中需要将足够大的声波信号辐射到地层中,须用高压大功率脉冲信号激励发射换能器,同时在信号源与换能器之间,还应做到阻抗匹配。为有效提高信号源对换能器的激发效率,达到了阻抗匹配的目的,分析了信号源与换能器之间的理想匹配条件,介绍了如何在高压大功率信号源与换能器之间利用脉冲变压器和电阻、电感、电容组成阻抗匹配网络,给出了脉冲变压器和电感的制作和设计方法,并利用简要的实验方法对变压器和电感进行了参数测量,测量结果表明变压器和电感的计算和制作过程符合要求。最后用信号源对换能器进行了激发实验,实验结果说明通过该阻抗匹配网络取得了明显的效果。
To detect the lithologic of the formation, piezoelectric transducers of acoustic logging tool are often used to scan large energy sound wave into formation. In order to acquire enough energy, high power-pulse must be used to drive piezoelectric transducer. At the same time, it is a key technology that made impedance matching network between the signal generator and the piezoelectric transducers so that signal source can transmit energy to piezoelectric transducer effectively. In the paper we analyzed the impedance matching theory and the optimal matching condition between the signal source and the transducer at first. Then introduced how to use pulse transformer and inductance to made optimal match circuit net in high-volt and high-power condition. Based on the optimal matching theory, it can acquire the parameter of the pulse transformer, resistor and inductance in theory optimal matching condition. Moreover we discussed the design method of pulse transformer and the manufacture method of high-pressured inductance, and how to used brief measure method to test the pulse transformer and the inductance. The measurement results indicated that the design process and manufacture method conforms to the requirement. Finally we assigned the transducer and crystal hydrophone in the water, used the same high volt pulse single to stimulate the transducer and from the received single we can find that through the impedance matching network is much bigger then that of not through the impedance matching network. Results indicated that we can transmit more energy to the transducer and achieved the impedance matching purpose.
