根据弹性力学相关理论,对螺杆泵抽油杆弹性变形微分方程进行了推导,并针对直驱式螺杆泵采油系统建立了螺杆泵反转制动数学模型。采用电机能耗制动的方法,给直驱电机各相加上适当的能耗电阻,解决了螺杆泵采油系统反转的问题,并通过相应的仿真对其进行了验证。
Based on elasticity theory,the differential equation of screw pump pumping rod elastic distortion was deduced,and a mathematic model of screw pump reversal braking was established in this paper for a direct driving screw pump petroleum production system.Motor dynamic braking was adoptted,and each phase of direct driving motor was loaded with balanced resistance,to solve the reversal problem of screw pump.It was proved to be engineering practical by simulation results.
