为了提高螺旋钻采煤机的输送效率、运行可靠性,降低能耗和质量,以螺旋钻采煤机内径、螺距、螺旋升角、转速、叶片厚度以及叶片头数为设计变量,设置螺旋钻采煤机的生产率最大、能耗最低、质量最轻作为优化目标,采用理想点法将多目标问题转化为单一目标问题,利用SPEA算法对螺旋钻采煤机进行模糊可靠性优化,优化结果表明:螺旋钻采煤机的输送生产率提高26.1%,质量下降18.1%,能耗下降5.08%。
In order to improve auger coal mining delivery efficiency,operational reliability and reduce energy consumption and its mass,it takes maximum productivity,minimum energy consumption,the liahtest mass as the optimization objective by the designe variables,suah as,pitch,helix angle,speed,head and leaf thickness and leaf number of auger miner.The ideal point method is used to study transforming the multi-objective problem into single objective problem,then the fuzzy reliability optimization is carried out base on SPEA(strength pareto evolutionary algorithm) algorithm.The optimization results showed: the auger miner delivery productivity is increased 26.1%,miner mass is decreased 18.1%,energy consumption is reduced 5.08%.
