静止励磁发电机碳刷、集电环工作状态随时间不断恶化。本文分析了碳刷与集电环接触电阻变化对集电环电流弧的影响,建立了励磁系统电路模型,得出碳刷、集电环早期故障在发电机轴系产生脉冲磁场的结论。在脉冲磁场回路安装探测线圈捕捉该信号,可评估碳刷、集电环的工作状态。发电机组实验验证了该方法的可行性,为在线评估发电机碳刷、集电环的工作状态提供了新的解决思路。
Generator carbon brush and collector ring devices working status are deteriorating over time. this paper studies the impacts of contact resistance changes between the carbon brush and collector ring on collector ring current arc, circuit model is established for excitation system, the conclusion that ;early failures of brush device produce pulsed magnetic field in generator shaft is got, the signals can be captured by detecting coil installed at pulsed magnetic loop, so carbon brush and collector ring state can be assessed, the experiments on generators verify the method's feasibility, which provides a new solution for assessing generator carbon brush and collector ring state.
