目的:探讨不同直径刺山柑细胞聚集体黄酮含量与其颗粒大小、生长状态的关系及可能机制。方法:根据细胞直径的不同,分拣出3种不同大小的刺山柑细胞聚集体,对它们进行了黄酮含量、相关酶活性及再培养曲线的测定。结果:不同的细胞聚集体在形态大小、黄酮含量、酶的活性、生长速度等方面均存在着差异,其中颗粒最小的细胞聚集体黄酮含量约为颗粒较大的细胞聚集体的2倍,并且其丙二醛含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶及过氧化物酶的活性及再培养曲线均具有相同的变化趋势。结论:不同聚集体黄酮含量与其颗粒大小及生长状态有一定的关系,个体较小的与氧气、培养基养分接触充分,利于细胞生长与次生代谢物的积累有关。
Objective:To investigate the relations between flavone content and particle size, growth condition of different diameters of Capparis Spinosa L. cell aggregation and discuss the possible mechanism. Methods:According to the differences of cell diameter, we selected 3 different sizes of Capparis Spinosa L. cell aggregation and determined flavone content, correlated enzyme activities and recuhivate curve. Results:The cell aggregations had differences in shape as well as size, flavone content, enzyme activities, growth speed and so forth. The flavone content of the smallest cell aggregation was approximately twice compared to the larger ones, and its malonaldehyde content, the phenylalanine ammonialyase and peroxide enzyme activities and recultivate curve presented the same change tendency.Conclusion:The flavone content has certain relations with particle size and growth condition of different cell aggregation. The small individual contacts fully with the oxygen and the nutrient of culture medium, which is benefit to cell growth and the secondary metabolite accumulation.
