针对传统煤矿动态轻轨衡数据采集子系统硬件组网复杂、模拟电路结构可靠性差的缺陷,提出了改进措施。改进后的系统实现了全数字化构建,并且系统结构大大简化,所需的硬件设备少,在减少设备成本投入的同时还提升了测量准确性。
The traditional data acquisition subsystem in mine dynamic weighing bridge has disadvantages of hardware networking complexity, poor reliability of analog circuit structure, therefore, it is improved. The improved system achieves a fully digital construction and structure is greatly simplified. The equipments required reduce a lot which lead to a greatly reduction of investment costs, at same time measurement accuracy of system is enhanced.
