为弥补现有游艇管理方式的弊端,使远在异地的船东及时掌握游艇状态信息,设计了游艇状态远程监测系统。首先,基于无线通信组网与传感器技术,提出系统组成方案;为获取游艇发动机转速及油耗等重要状态信息,将发动机附体上安装的振动传感器电压信号映射为单点虚拟振动功率,通过样条插值方法实现发动机转速与单点虚拟振动功率的拟合;以发动机油耗系数表征油耗与转速的对应关系;开展了游艇状态监测实艇试验。试验结果表明:本系统能够实现对游艇发动机转速、油耗和位置、航向、航速等状态信息的监测,并在游艇驶出安全区域、发动机空转等异常状况发生时给出报警信息,具有较高实用价值。
Yacht condition remote monitoring system is designed to overcome defect of present management mode for yacht, so owners can be informed of the yacht condition. Scheme of system constitution is presented based on wireless communication networking technology and sensor technology; in order to obtain essential condition parameters of yacht, such as rotational speed of engines and fuel consumption, single point virtual vibration power (SPVVP) is defined from the voltage signals by vibration sensors mounted on the engines of the yacht, and correspondence between rotation speed and SPVVP is fitted through cubic spline interpolation. Fuel consumption coefficient is introduced to represent corresponding relationship between fuel consumption and rotational speed. yacht condition monitoring experiment is performed. Experimental results show that yacht condition remote monitoring system can realize yacht condition parameters and transmit alarm information in some sudden cases, which demonstrates the system has high practical value.
