在梳理相关文献后构建了基于学习理论的企业动态能力提升作用机制的理论模型。采用解剖典型案例的研究方法,对浙江八达集团进行了解剖。提出了以提升动力、提升基础和提升路径为组成要素的基于学习理论的企业动态能力提升作用机制。
After reviewing the relative literature, this paper constructs a conceptual model of promotion mechanism of the dynamic capabilities in enterprises based on the perspective of the learning theory. In the following part, it uses the case study as the research method to analyze Zhejiang BADA Group. Finally, it puts forward the promotion mechanism of dynamic capabilities being comprised of the promotion of motivation, foundation and paths.
