Not only based on the policy opportunities,such as the construction of economic zone of the west coast of Taiwan strait and the ECFA,but also relyed on large petrochemical projects and characteristics of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan,the rapid industrialization of Zhangpu county promotes the development of the national economy and industrial restructuring and upgrading rapidly,and brings development policy,funding,infrastructure improvement,development opportunities and downside risks of the quality of tourism environment to the tourism.In ＂Twelve Five＂ period,the government of Zhangpu county should further clarify the role of tourism industry in the third pillar of the industry,give tourism industry full play in the transformation and upgrading of Zhangpu industry,and establish tourism with the image of the green industry in Zhangpu county ecological civilization construction.Therefore,the government of Zhangpu county must pay more attention to the development of tourism when they focus on the development of secondary industries.Maybe it is the time to introduce the concept of the U.S.National Park National Seashore,relying on the Zhangzhou Coastal Volcano National Geological Park,integrate coastal natural and cultural tourism resources,and establish a national brand image of the volcanic coast to promote tourism county building,strive for China’s Excellent Tourist county,create important tourist destination of economic zone of the west coast of Taiwan strait in the future.
