采用FT-IR,XRD,SEM等研究了四种不同模拟体系中胆红素钙晶体的成核与生长情况.结果表明,水溶液中胆红素钙很难结晶形成晶体结构,但在模拟体系中,碳酸钙晶体与聚乙二醇模板的共同作用可诱导胆红素钙晶体的成核与生长.在此过程中,CO2气体促进了碳酸钙晶体的形成,碳酸钙晶体的不同晶面的选择性吸附和聚乙二醇分子中的氧原子为胆红素钙晶体的形成提供了有效位点和取向调控作用.
The nucleation and growth of calcium bilirubinate produced in four different aqueous biomimetic systems were characterized by FT-IR, XRD and SEM. The results indicate that the calcium carbonate crystal, formed from CO2 in the air, and polyethylene glycol (PEG) accelerated the nucleation and growth of calcium bilirubimate. The crystal surface of calcium carbonate provided the proper sites for the nucleation of calcium bilirubinate, and growth of calcium bilirubinate was induced by the molecules of PEG owing to the effect on coordination between Ca^2+ ions and bilirubin.
