英文摘要：

Aiming at the problem of influence factors of enhancing independent innovation capability for the High-tech enterprises, based on enterprise interal operation activities and exteral environment collaborative fluence angle of view, proceeding from the characteristics ofhigh-tech enterprises, concept generics constrcucted influence factors of enhancing independent innovation capability for the High-tech enterprises were established through studying on related work, con- bining with business interviews, and applying coding method of grounded theory. Easurement items of the concept generics were put forward by content validity analysis and project analysis. Via using questionnaires to collect sampling data, factors composition of enhancing the independent innovation ability for the High-tech enterprises was analyzed by applying factor analysis mehtod. The construction validity and internal consistency reliability of the questionnaires were inspected. The factors composition model of enhancing the independent innovation ability for the High-tech enterprises was established. It includes innovation method and technology capability, policy and service environment, efficient use of internal and external resources, system and talent management, manufacture and profitability.
