采用无籽固相晶体生长技术制备99.7(99.6K0.5Na0.5NbO3-0.4LiBiO3)-0.3CaZrO3无铅压电单晶,研究了预合成温度对合成粉末的特性以及后续生长的单晶生长特性、微结构、压电和介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着预合成温度的升高,合成粉末趋于形成更稳定的正交相结构,但粉末粒度和形貌没有明显变化。采用不同预合成温度合成的粉末均能制备出厘米级的单晶,晶体呈淡黄色半透明状。在研究范围内,预合成温度的变化对晶体的生长特性和晶体结构没有明显影响。但随着预合成温度的升高,晶体压电常数d33先增加后减小,当预合成温度为850℃时,达到最大值d33=284 p C/N。
Single crystal of 99.7(99.6K0.5Na0.5NbO3-0.4LiBiO3)-0.3CaZrO3 was prepared by a seed-free solid-state crystal growth method. The characteristics, microstructure, piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the single crystal at different pre-synthesis temperatures were investigated. The pre-synthesis powder has a more stable tetragonal phase structure, but its granularity and morphology have little change as the pre-synthesis temperature increases. The centimeter-sized single crystal was prepared with the pre-synthesized powder at different temperatures. The crystal appears semi-transparent with light yellow color. The growth characteristics and microstructure of single crystal have little change at different pre-synthesis temperatures. However, its piezoelectric properties firstly increase and then decrease with increasing the pre-synthesis temperature. The single crystal of 99.7(99.6K0.5Na0.5NbO3-0.4LiBiO3)-0.3CaZrO3 has the optimum piezoelectric constant (i.e., d33=284pC/N) when the pre-synthesis temperature is 850 ℃.
