目的:观察激活素A、激活素结合蛋白以及细胞免疫功能在脑血管病患者疾病治疗前后的变化,并与健康人进行比较。方法:实验于2004/2005在吉林大学免疫学教研室进行。采用放射免疫测定法检测健康对照组(n=20)及脑出血(n=20)和脑梗死患者(n=20)治疗前后外周血激活素A水平,酶联免疫吸附试验检测健康对照组及脑出血和脑梗死患者治疗前后外周血激活素结合蛋白水平,淋巴细胞转化试验检测T细胞增殖能力。结果:①外周血激活素A:脑出血患者和脑梗死患者治疗前明显高于健康对照组(P〈0.01),治疗后均显著下降,与健康对照组比较差异不显著(P〉0.05)。②外周血激活素结合蛋白:脑出血患者治疗前明显高于健康对照组(P〈0.01),治疗后显著下降,与健康对照组比较差异不显著(P〉0.05);脑梗死患者治疗前略高于健康对照组,但统计学差异不显著(P〉0.05)。③外周血T淋巴细胞转化能力:脑出血患者明显低于健康对照组(P〈0.01),治疗后升高,与健康对照组比较差异不显著(P〉0.05);脑梗死患者治疗前与健康对照组比较差异不显著(P〉0.05)。结论:①脑出血患者外周血激活素A以及激活素结合蛋白水平明显升高,经过治疗症状好转时趋于正常;脑梗死患者只有外周血激活素A水.平明显升高,经过治疗后趋于正常。②脑出血患者T淋巴细胞转化活性的降低,可能与具有免疫抑制活性的激活素A水平升高有关。
AIM: To observe the changes of activin A, activin binding protein and cellular immune function in patients with cerebrovascular disease before and after treatment, and compared with healthy people. METHODS: The experiment was performed in the Staff Room of Immunology, Jilin University from 2004 to 2005. Levels of activin A in serum of subjects in the normal control group (n=20), cerebral hemorrhage group (n=20) and cerebral infarction group (n=20) before and after treatment were assayed with radioimmunoassay (RIA), levels of activin binding protein in serum of subjects in three groups before and after treatment were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and T lymphocyte proliferation activities were detected with lymphocyte blastogenesis test. RESULTS:①Level of activin A in serum: It was significantly higher in the cerebral hemorrhage group and cerebral infarction group before treatment than that in the normal control group (P 〈 0.01), and decreased obviously after treatment. Compared with normal control group, there was not significant difference (P 〈 0.05). ②Level of activin binding protein in It was significantly higher in the cerebral hemorrhage group before treatment than that in the normal control group (P 〈 0.01), and decreased obviously. Compared with normal control group, there were no significant differences (P 〈 0.05); It was a little higher in the cerebral infarction group before treatment than that in the normal control group (P 〈 0.01), and increased after treatment; Compared with the normal control group, there were no significant differences (P 〈 0.05); There were no obvious differences between the cerebral infarction group before treatment and normal control group (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: ① Levels of activin A and activin binding protein in serum of patients with cerebral hemorrhage increased significantly, which is near normal after treatment; Level of aetivin A in serum of patients with cerebral infar
