能够从根本上解决组织僵化、管理落后等问题并系统提升组织运行效率的管理创新已成为当前理论界与实业界共同关注的焦点.根据近年来国内学者基于中国企业管理创新实践开展的研究,从研究基础、主要视角与研究方法等方面对中国企业管理创新理论研究进行系统概述并提出未来研究方向,旨在初步构建中国企业管理创新理论体系,并为相关主题研究尤其是中国式管理理论研究提供参考.
Management innovation, which is able to remove organization rigidity, change the state quo of low-level management and improve the operation effectiveness of organization, has become a focus of both academic and practical fields. Based on the relevant researches on management innovation of Chinese enterprises in recent years, it conducted a review from three angles of research foundation, major perspectives and research methods, and proposed possible di- rections or suggestions for future researches. It aims to construct a theoretical system of Chinese management innovation and guide researches on the related topics, especially Chinese-style management theory.
