Skilled migrant workers' job hopping produces negative impacts on production and management of enterprises. There exists an exchange relationship between organizational support and migrant workers' organizational commitment. That is to say, an increase in the commitment implies growth in support. This paper proposes a model for the exchange process between organizational support and migrant workers' organizational commitment by using the improved back propagation (BP) neural network. The model proves to be highly accurate in prediction and therefore can be used for enterprises to predict migrant workers' organizational commitment.
