英文摘要：

Photovoltaic industry shows large-investment, long-payback-period and other characteristics. There exists a large controversy in the source of its investment,investment structure and proportion. This paper constructs the evolutionary game model to analyze the in-fluence factors of the game subject strategy choice, observe the dynamic game evolution process under different initial conditions. Then, it makes a case analysis combined wTith the local government’s policy for the PV industry. The study finds that government and enterprise cooperation is conducive to establish a long-term mechanism of government investment,to promote the development of the PV industry, and improve the industrial benefit level and competitiveness.
