利用UG与Autoform软件,采用有限元数值模拟技术与传统模具设计相结合的方法,对某企业某汽车左右侧围内板后部支撑板的拉延成形过程进行数值模拟,预测拉延成形过程中可能产生的拉裂与折皱,并在实际生产试验中得到验证.利用模拟分析结果,指导其拉延模具设计和调试,得到合格产品,避免了传统模具设计中反复试模修模的过程,为企业节省成本提高效益.
Through traditional mold design method and finite element numerical simulation,using UG and AutoForm software,the forming process of rear supporting plate in side wall is simulated to predict possible cracks and wrinckles,which are testified in the real production test. This kind of method can be applied to guide the design and adjustment of the model to avoid the repeated testing process in traditional method and may improve efficiency.
