英文摘要：

Reactive oxygen species （ROS） and calcium signal constitute the most important intracellular signaling systems that participate in the regulation of multitude cellular functions. Here we briefly review interactions between the two prominent signaling systems, their integrated effects on heart failure, and their potentials for therapeutic interventions.
