患者，男性，42岁。主因右腕肿痛及右肩疼痛1年，双侧前上胸壁疼痛1个月于2007年8月24日收入我院。患者1年前轻微扭伤后出现右腕关节肿痛，屈伸受限，局部无发红，X线片未见骨折，未予特殊处理。约半个月后无诱因出现右肩关节疼痛，上举困难，无局部肿胀，未诊治。1个月前，双侧前上胸壁出现疼痛，程度较轻，无肿胀，而右腕症状较前加重而入院。患者近20年来反复出现面部、前胸和后背部痤疮，常有红肿及破溃，流黄色脓液。

SUMMARY To study the clinical features and diagnosis of synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis, osteitis syndrome （SAPHO） syndrome. One case of SAPHO syndrome was reported and the related data of SAPHO syndrome were reviewed. The main clinical features of the patient were articulatio carpi synovitis, acne, cervical rib hyperostosis, articulatio sternoclavicularis and osteitis, So the diagnosis of SAPHO syndrome was made. Though SAPHO syndrome is rare with yet unknown prevalence, it still can he seen in clinical practice, and can be diagnosed by careful examination.
