Innovation is the motor of sustainable development of enterprises. According to Haier's time sequence data from 1991 to 2013 as the research sample, using Granger causality test, Impulse Response Function and variance decomposition, this article reveals the causal relationship and the interaction mechanism between strategic innovation, market innovation, technological innovation and en- terprise performance, establishes four-dimensional synergy innovation model among them.
