The paper introduces the tissue structure of fruits of three deciduous species （pome fruits, berry fruits and stone fruits）, mainly in Malus. The correlation among tissue structure, storage property, fruit cracking and quality was analyzed. Finally the outlook for future research direction on tissue structure of deciduous fruits in our country is outlined.
