基于绩效保障(PBL)模式,针对装备可修部件售后服务设计了一个由备件仓库和维修车间组成的闭环保障系统,推导了备件库存水平的稳态概率分布和系统可用度指标,建立了装备用户和保障服务供应商决策模型,并提出了一种量子遗传算法(QGA)对装备可修部件售后保障策略进行数值分析。
This paper proposes a closed-loop equipment support system which is consisted of a spare parts warehouse and a repair workshop based on Performance-Based Logistics(PBL) pattern. The steady-state probability distributions of spare part inventory level and the availability are derived. The decision-making model for the equipment user and the service provider is established and a Quantum Genetic Algorithm(QGA)is proposed. The policies on after-sale support for equipment repairable parts are discussed by numerical experiments.
