研制具有高可靠性的行波保护装置一直是行波保护实用化面临的难题。针对此,根据单相接地行波保护(traveling-waves based single-phase-to-ground protection,TSPGP)的基本原理和特点,提出了TSPGP的整体设计方案,以及软硬件的具体构成,并研制了保护装置,同时对装置进行了大量的试验。试验结果表明:该装置可适用于不同配电网结构,在单相接地故障时能够可靠动作,在相间故障或同母线其他线路故障时可靠不动作。装置通过硬件滤波和软件算法,能够有效避免各种复杂电磁环境干扰和工频干扰,解决了行波保护可靠性低的难题。装置可以满足现场工作要求,并具有较高的灵敏性。
It is difficult to develop traveling waves based protective relay with high reliability. So according to the basic principles and characteristics of traveling-waves based single-phase-to-ground protection (TSPGP) for power distribution systems, the overall implementation scheme, the hardware structure and software flow were presented, and the prototype device was developed. A large number of dynamic simulations and tests were carried out. The test results show that the device can operate correctly for different power distribution network structures, and effectively prevent the interference caused by complex electromagnetic environment and power frequency interference through the hardware filters and software algorithms. The device can meet field requirements, and have high sensitivity of operation.
