This paper analyzes the situation and problems of internship te.aching for the major of five-year program medical laboratory in medical schools, so as to improve the man_agement system of iraernship teaching of medical laboratory, establish the assessment indicators of internship teaching, enforce the quantitative assessment of internship, standardize the laboratory skills training, focus on training the practice ability, en-sure the internship teaching quality of the major of medical laboratory, enhance students＇ competence of clinical job, and promote the compre-hensive reform of medical education in medical schools.
