研究煤矿井下工人安全心理可以有效预防和减少煤矿井下安全事故的发生。基于煤矿井下生产系统特征及煤矿井下工人心理生理特点,对淮南某矿井下工人访谈,结合安全心理学、问卷Ⅰ和STATA12.0软件对井下工人安全心理影响因素进行分级研究,得到由6类23项指标组成的影响因素体系。用熵权法为23项指标权重赋值,根据人类智力分布建立评价标准,构建模糊评价模型。依据最大隶属度原则,得出安全心理等级。通过问卷Ⅱ实测表明,该模型可以客观评估煤矿井下工人的心理状态、实现安全心理评估的定量化、对煤矿安全管理和矿工不安全心理预防有一定的指导作用。
In order to effectively prevent and reduce safety accident in underground mine,the characteristics of underground mine production system and the psychological and physiological characteristics of underground coal miners were analyzed. The influence factors of the underground coal miners' safety psychology were found based on the safety psychology,questionnaire I and STATA12. 0,which included 23 risk factors in 6 risk factor levels such as psychological quality,physiological quality,moral sentiment,social relations,work factors and management.Entropy method was used to assign the weights of the 23 indexes and human intelligence distribution function was used to set the evaluation criterion,then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established. The safety status of underground coal miners was figured out according to the maximum membership principle. This model can objectively evaluate the psychological state of construction worker through the example of calculation with the Questionnaire II. This model enabled the assessment on the underground coal miners' safety psychology to achieve a quantitative study,which played a guiding role in the safety management of coal mine and the prevention of unsafe psychology of miners.
